These steps are how your camper can access their gift card while at camp and are VERY important to not skip over!
Step 1: Select your eGift Card amount, add your name (not your child) and email, then select “I want to send this to myself”. Click “Continue.” Camp Pondo recommends purchasing a $30-$80 Store Card for students attending camp.
Step 2: Enter your payment information and click “Pay with Card.”
Step 3: Your order will be complete. You will receive TWO emails. Email 1: A confirmation email regarding your purchase. Email 2: An email with the option to assign the eGift Card and link the card to your phone number.
Step 4: Open the second email you received and click “View Your eGift Card.”
Step 5: Enter the phone number you want your camper to be able to use to access the eGift Card. Then click “Next.”
Step 6: You have completed the process. Please ensure that your camper knows the number associated with the eGift Card.
In the event that your camper forgets the number associated with the eGift Card, our staff will be able to work with your camper to collect your name/email information and look up the card to be used. Once again, please be sure to enter your information/email/phone number when purchasing the eGift Card.

Step 1: Click on the “Reload/Add Money to eGift Card” button located below these instructions.
Step 2: Click the “Reload Card” button at the top of the screen to add money to your eGift Card.
