Melody Workman serves as the Executive Creative Director at Sandals Church, where she teaches and speaks regularly. She is also a wife and mom to three young adult children.
Claude Hickman is Executive Director of The Traveling Team. Since 1999, he and his wife Rebecca have mobilized students for missions, helping lead efforts that now reach every university in America every two years. Claude is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, author of Live Life On Purpose, It’s All Backward, and Rebel. Claude is a veteran BMX athlete, Guinness World Record holder, and teaching pastor at Sandals Church.
